Diane Vezza is a New York-based Food Stylist with 25 years experience. She began her career in 1978 at Good Housekeeping Magazine as assistant Food Editor combining her food_and_nutrition background with her love of culinary arts. Diane has created visuals for advertising, public relations, packaging, books, television_and_video. She has created recipes, presented television demos, judged recipe contests_and_has authored two cookbooks—Passport on a Plate/ Simon_and_Schuster_and_The Perfect Potato/Villard Books. Diane has contributed to innumerable cookbooks, most recently The South Beach Diet Cookbook, The South Beach Diet Quick_and_Easy Cookbook_and_Digital Food Photography.
